Are You Committed to Getting the Results You Want From Life

Have you tried something over and over again but for some reason it is not yielding the result that you want?

Do you have a goal, or just something that you are hoping comes to fruition that you’ve been waiting for, what seems like forever, and it has yet to manifest?

Maybe you started a business, but it failed, or wasn’t profitable enough for you to sustain or keep it going?

If any of those sound like something that you’ve experienced and it’s frustrating the SHIT out of you, I may have a solution for you to consider…

Ok, yeah, you read the title so you know I’m going to say ‘commitment’ is the possible solution/cause of your frustration. So, let’s get into how learning to commit can change the results you’re getting.

First, let’s talk about commitment, because a lot of people do not truly understand what it means to be committed to something. Commitment means that you are dedicating yourself to something, someone, some goal, or some outcome and have decided that you are locked in, feet planted, willing to do whatever you need to do to make it work. It means going ALL IN with no Plan B because Plan A IS the plan. It means stepping out on faith, stepping out of your comfort zone, and taking steps even when you can not see what’s in front of you. It means pushing yourself, motivating yourself, and pep talking yourself through obstacles and setbacks that stand in your way. Most importantly, it means not giving up.

Commitment requires your vulnerability. You have to be willing to fail to get the win. It is taking a risk and betting on yourself.

Commitment is a leaping trust fall.

Scary, right?

So, let me ask you this… After reading my definition of commitment - are you committed?

Are you willing to do whatever it takes or do you have a limit or a line that you will not cross? Do you have a comfort zone that you are not willing to leave? Do you have only a certain time frame that you are willing to work within? Do you have a point in which you know you will tap out? Have you placed conditions around your goal? Do you truly have a burning desire to have what you want? Have you decided that it’s your goal/dream or nothing?

The answers to those questions will uncover whether or not you are truly committed. And while I do not know your answers to those questions, I do know that you are not going to get where you want to be without committing to it. You can not half ass life. You can not ask for more dedication, love, money, time, effort, etc than you are willing to give.

So, if you identified with the “not really 100% committed” side of those questions, then I challenge you to open your heart and give your goal/dream everything you have in it. And then you’ll notice that the universe will open doors, uncover opportunities for you, put people in your path to advance you, introduce you to people who love the f*ck out of you.

It will all start to flow to you effortlessly.

But first, you have to show that you’re willing to give it all of you. Then God will give you all of it.

Love y’all. Mean it.
